Abbas started his career as an SEM Analyst at Adteractive in May 2005 where he managed accounts in the education and financial services verticals. In July 2006, he co-founded and ran all online marketing initiatives at RateShop, a mortgage lead generation company. He joined Marin Software in 2007 with a focus on bidding and optimization. Abbas started as a product manager, then transitioned to Bid Optimization Strategist, where he works with some of Marin’s largest clients. Abbas is from Tanzania and holds a degree in Math/Computer Science from the College of Wooster.
